Returns and exchanges

Returns are not accepted unless a product arrives faulty then a refund or a exchange will be offered. Clothing can be exchanged any postage for exchanges will need to be covered by the customer.

 

Customs

Customs charges are not covered by me, this is your responsibility as a customer to cover. 

 

Clothing Pre-orders:

We use a preorder system on all special clothing items to avoid waste and release limited runs of products in drops, helping you secure your fave design before it's sold out. Pre-order means you order before it's dispatched.

 

How do Pre-orders work?

  • Choose your items you would like to purchase and check the preorder dispatch date at top of the product page.
  • Once you have read through this information, checkout and confirm your order!
  • When you have pre-ordered you will be emailed once your order has been dispatched. Keep up to date on our ig @oddfriendz for preorder updates.
  • All preorder items will be sent with tracking to ensure they are not lost.
  • Due to high demand the preorder despatch date maybe pushed back in this case you will be informed via emai.
